Four more municipalities join the commitment for cooperation within the framework of the project Increase accountability of local government institutions in Kosovo, supported by the British Embassy in Prishtina.

Representatives from KDI had four separate meetings with the mayor of the municipality of Viti Mr.Sokol Haliti, mayor of the municipality of Kamenica Mr.Qëndron Kastrati, mayor of the municipality of Graçanica Mr.Srdjan Popoviq and the vice-mayor of the municipality of Shtërpë Mr. Ivica Tanasijevic.

In these meetings, the local authorities expressed willingness for cooperation throughout the implementation of this project which aims at increasing the municipal accountability, the incentive for citizen participation in decision making and the inclusion of their requests in the municipal policies.
