Gresa joined the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) in November 2025 as a Legal Assistant, bringing extensive experience in justice and institutional policy. She began her career at the Basic Court in Prishtina and later advanced her legal expertise working at a law firm.

She has actively collaborated with international organizations on projects promoting the political participation of communities in Kosovo, with a strong focus on inclusive mechanisms that ensure all groups are represented in the political process.

Committed to institutional advocacy and the strengthening of the rule of law, Gresa has participated in multiple professional trainings and activities in the areas of justice and anti-corruption.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Pristina and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Criminal Law.
