Besnik has been part of KDI since March 2024, when he became involved in the “Local Governance and Citizen Participation” program. From 2009 to 2013, he was engaged in various programs at KDI, including “Transparency and Anti-Corruption” and “Democratization and Parliamentary Practices.” Additionally, in the past, he has worked in the field of media and public institutions for more than ten years.

He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Prishtina and has pursued a master’s degree in International Politics.
