Besnik has been part of KDI since March 2024, when he joined the Local Governance and Citizen Participation Program. Previously, from 2009 to 2013, he was engaged in various programs at KDI, including Transparency and Anti-Corruption and Democratization and Parliamentary Practices. In addition, he has over ten years of experience working in the media sector and in public institutions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Prishtina and has pursued a Master’s degree in International Politics.
