Always in an effort to increase the transparency and accountability of municipalities in  management of public funds, the discussions were focused on finding ways to make municipal financial quarterly reports more accessible and understandable to the public. KDI presented a brief analysis on the findings related to financial transparency in 11 municipalities and called the representatives of municipalities to comply with the reporting deadlines for disclosing the financial reportsa and  publish those through municipal webpages. Remarks and requests for more discipline in this regard were also addressed by representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
