Today Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) held the workshop ‘’ (In) visible abuses’’ with students of public University of Gjilan ‘’Kadri Zeka’’, ending this way the cycle of workshops, where around 150 students, from six public universities of the country, participated.
During these workshops, students debated on the importance of asking for accountability on processes of public expenses.
Students also learned how to identify the red flags on public contracts, at the same time they were instructed on different ways to report the misuses that may derive as a consequence of weak contract management in public procurement. These workshops were organised on behalf of the project ‘’Citizens for efficient procurement and accountable management of public money’’ supported by KFOS.
