The Assembly of Kosovo and its bodies, even though their main responsibility is to oversight the law enforcement, perform this function at a minimum level and without any efficient methodology. From January to July this year, the Assembly did not manage to oversee the enforcement of any law, whereas in the previous year, the parliamentary committees conducted one oversight, thus implementing only 4% of the annual plans in this regard.

For 10 years now, the European Commission has criticized the Assembly for this low performance in all its reports.
