Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) organized a meeting today with representatives of local institutions in Dragash and local councils in the municipality with the aim of promoting cooperation between the two sides and the inclusion of these councils in decision-making processes.

On this occasion, representatives of local councils who are currently part of a self-organizing citizens have requested approval of a municipal regulation for the election of local councils and their official legitimization of local institutions.

 

KDI will continue to facilitate such meetings in order to improve and strengthen the role of citizens in decision-making processes in Kosovo Municipalities.
