KDI has held a workshops with procurement officers from central and local government on the challenges in public procurement that institutions face.

Experiences were shared in the workshop and it was discussed about the difficulties that procurement officers have in their daily work. It is also stated the need for cooperation with civil society in defining advocacy policies in order to improve processes and improve public money management.

This workshop was realized within the project “Increase public oversight to promote good governance and accountability in Kosovo” supported by the British Embassy in Pristina.
